As an account holder, Boxed Beef 4-Ward (BB4W) grants to you a non-exclusive and nontransferable subscription to use its proprietary application service "BB4W Pricing Model". You are solely responsible for the input into the application service to achieve your intended results, its use, and the results obtained from its use. You may use the application service and any derivative works in the work of your firm or employer or on behalf of a client. The "BB4W Pricing Model" may not be sold or transferred to any organization that is not that of the account holder. These restrictions survive the termination of this subscription. This subscription continues until terminated. This subscription terminates without notice if there is failure to comply any term or condition of the agreement. This subscription is not assignable, and any attempt to do so will be void. No other party may provide a subscription to the application service known as the "BB4W Pricing Model".
